Booking Policies

Reservations & Deposits

A 40% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your date is not considered booked until the deposit has been received. The deposit is applied toward your total event cost.

Final Guest Count & Payment

Your final guest count and remaining balance are due 7 days before your event. Additional guests may be added at the agreed per-person rate, subject to availability. We cannot guarantee accommodations for guests added on the day of the event.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule more than 7 days before your event, payments made may be transferred one time to another available date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event are nonrefundable and payments cannot be transferred to another date.

Custom & Personalized Items

Any custom or personalized items ordered specifically for your event are nonrefundable once the order has been placed. If your event is rescheduled, custom items already purchased will be held for the rescheduled event whenever possible.

Tables, Chairs & Event Space

The event host is responsible for providing tables and chairs for all participants, along with adequate space for the workshop. Tables and chairs are not included unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the event. The workshop area should be clean, accessible, and ready for setup when Makers & Moments arrives.

Event Changes

Changes to your event time, location, package, or experience are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Supervision & Liability

The event host is responsible for the supervision and behavior of all participants throughout the event. Makers & Moments provides and facilitates the booked activity but does not provide childcare or general event supervision. A responsible adult must remain present and available throughout the workshop.

The host is responsible for maintaining a safe event space and for any damage caused by participants to the venue, furniture, or property.

Makers & Moments is not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost or damaged personal belongings, or other incidents that are unrelated to the negligence or actions of Makers & Moments.

Unexpected Circumstances

If Makers & Moments is unable to provide your booked experience due to an emergency or circumstances within our control, you may choose to transfer your payment to another available date or receive a refund of payments made.

Agreement to Policies

Submitting your deposit confirms that the event information provided is correct and that you have reviewed and agreed to these booking policies.
